Regional Laboratory Services is a privately owned Australian registered business, established in 1995. The laboratory provides independent diagnostic, analytical, consulting, research and development services to private individuals, industry and government bodies in the areas of animal health, environmental and agricultural testing.

  

The laboratory is accredited to ISO/IEC 17025 requirements and has held NATA accreditation in the field of Veterinary Testing since September 2000.​​​​​​

                                         New Nutritional Testing Services at RLS

Regional Laboratory Services (RLS) is pleased to announce the availability of Vitamin A and Vitamin E testing in serum and plasma. (see pricelist for sample requirements).

These tests provide a valuable tool for assessing the vitamin status of livestock, assisting veterinarians, consultants, and producers in the investigation of nutritional deficiencies, poor performance, reproductive issues, and supplementation programs. Results are generated using high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), providing accurate and reliable measurement of these essential fat-soluble vitamins.

Coming Soon:

We're continuing to expand our nutritional testing capabilities, with the following assays currently in development:

• Vitamin A & Vitamin E in liver tissue – ideal for assessing body stores and investigating suspected deficiencies.

• Whole Blood Vitamin B1 (Thiamine) – to aid in the diagnosis and monitoring of thiamine deficiency.
